Our coaching workshops are based on a decade of experience coaching 100s of CEOs.
In each workshop participants will be mentored, challenged and asked to commit to real-world actions which they will be held accountable to complete.

Do I need to send the whole team?
No! The Future Leaders Academy is an investment in the development of the rising stars in your business.
Just one or two agents of change in your business can transform the whole team.
Select your current or future managers, your potential successors, and team members who are keen to step up and develop themselves — but the whole team doesn’t need to attend.
Who are the coaches?
Currently there are 2 coaches running this programme.
Dan Crompton
Dan has been coaching since 2015 and is an accredited ActionCOACH business coach. He most recently worked at ITV for 7 years, where he co-managed the partnerships team responsible for £130m annually, and helped brands deliver on their business objectives through some of the biggest brand partnerships in the UK.
Kuldip Singh Sahota
Serial entrepreneur and investor Kuldip co-founded Mr. Singhs and grew it from a startup to a global food brand in just 3 years. He was featured on the BBC; supplied Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Selfridges; attracted millions of viral video views; and even advised 10 Downing Street on business strategy.
Am I tied into a contract?
We don’t believe in tying clients into long-term contracts.
Attendees continue the programme for as long as you’re seeing the value in their leadership development.
Then just give us 1 month’s notice when you want them to stop.
Do you cover other topics like marketing and sales skills?
Not on the Future Leaders Academy programme, as those are role-specific skills that won’t be relevant to everyone.
What we do cover is how to turn your managers into leaders, how to make them expert communicators, how to lead teams with confidence and how to take more responsibilities off your plate.
For groups of 6 or more we can create a bespoke programme covering sales, marketing and many other topics.

How soon can we expect to see results?
Despite what some people might tell you, attending a single 1-day workshop won’t teach you all the skills you need to be an effective leader.
Implementation, mindset change and building confidence takes time. We think you will see real tangible results within 3-6 months depending on the person.
