Here are some of the questions and concerns our clients had before investing in coaching

I’m far too busy for business coaching

Time is a common headache and regrettably we hear this far too often! When time is not used in the most productive way, we see a direct impact on performance and profit, as well as on health and work-life balance.

That’s why all our programmes include coaching on time mastery early on.

By analysing how you use and plan your time, we coach you to achieve greater focus on the highest value tasks such as planning, performance monitoring, converting sales, mentoring your team, building systems, improving skills and attracting buyers.

I can’t afford the business coaching fees

Our business coaching is proven to deliver positive return on investment.

Firstly we’ll understand why you’re low on cash and build better cash management systems to urgently improve that situation. As an entrepreneur you understand that you have to invest money to make money. You invest in marketing, people, systems but you also need to invest in a coach to accelerate results and fulfil your potential.

On average, our customers achieve positive return on their business coaching costs within 3-6 months. Our results are documented here and on other independent sites.

I don’t want to be tied-in to a contract

We have no contracts, to deliberately remove as much perceived risk as we can. You can pull out any time if you don’t feel it’s for you.

Our focus is your results, not tying you into contracts that force you to pay for programmes that don’t work. Since our clients end up working with us for 17 months on average and providing us with hundreds of referrals each year we don’t feel the need to tie people down with contracts.

Surely you need to know something about my specific sector to help me?

That’s an understandable concern. But we believe that the fundamentals of running a successful business are the same irrespective of sector. Businesses appear different on the outside, but their internal framework… how they grow and make money, is always based on the same principles.

The systems, strategies and principles we teach are similar regardless of whether we’re coaching a gym, software business or car dealership. So far we’ve coached business in more than 50 sectors and achieved impressive results in each and every one.

Have you run your own business before? What’s your experience to be telling us what we should be doing?

All of our coaches have experience as entrepreneurs.

Parag, our founder and MD, started this business in July 2007. From humble beginnings in his living room, we’re now one of the most successful business coaching companies in Europe. He also owns a successful property investment business that runs entirely without him.

He’s achieved his two key goals of a successful business and financial freedom, only because he’s been through the same challenges you’re going through right now.

I’m not very good at asking for help

You’re not alone here. But it’s important to realise that being able to ask for help isn’t a weakness; it’s actually a strength.

4 out of 5 businesses shut down in the first 5 years. A shocking statistic! If budding entrepreneurs were able to overcome their pride and ask for help we think we could dramatically improve that statistic.

Once you’ve been coached and started to make progress you might kick yourself for not having started earlier.

My business partner doesn’t want to make changes, but I do

Its natural that one owner will be more receptive than the other. The best way we’ve overcome that is to get the partner to try coaching for themselves, to open their eyes to the things they didn’t know. We make it simple to trial and test a programme before joining, for those who need that extra reassurance.

I don’t need a coach, I want a mentor

The 2 terms often mean different things to different people… but our customers say we do both.

If a mentor is someone who can guide, educate and share valuable experience then we do all that.

We also do the things a coach typically does: providing practical tools, critiquing your work and holding you accountable.

We are fine. We have loads of experience and we don’t need a stranger coming into our business

Fantastic! It’s possible that you don’t need our help then.

We would point out that our focus isn’t on fixing bad businesses, rather it’s taking good businesses right up to the point of sale, investment or passive income for the owner, as quickly and smoothly as possible.

These are the type of businesses where we have really excelled. So if things are going well, we could help you do even better!
