Why Is Our Group Coaching Programme 2 Years?

Transcription:

Why is our group coaching programme two years long? Well, our programmes are designed to empower you to achieve your long-term goals and dreams. They’re not really for those who just want some quick fixes. Sure, in the first 3-6 months, there will be wins, especially around your personal productivity, your hours worked and your cash flow.

But any major transformation in our lives, be that our business, our wealth, our health, takes years. So why is that the case? Well, firstly, this programme will give you an entire practical business education, so there’s a lot to learn. And if you compare that to more theoretical programme like an MBA or a business degree, actually our two-year programme is much shorter than those.

Secondly, as well as the considerable business skills you will learn, there’s also a level of personal transformational and personal change that’s needed for you to achieve the improved results that you want. And by personal transformation, I mean things like your belief systems, you’re limiting and sabotaging beliefs, your fears, the better habits that you need to build, improving yourself, discipline.

These deeper level personal changes take time because for most of us they’re really embedded over the years. So, our job as coaches is to help you see which of those are really holding you back and to coach you to make the changes and that doesn’t happen overnight. And so, if we put those two factors together, two years is actually relatively short amount of time to make those changes that are actually going to have the significant lifelong impact.

And if I use the analogy of people who go to the gym, because I’ve coached a lot of gyms over the years, it’s interesting that for all the people that join the gym in January, by the end of March, 80% have stopped going. They’ve given up for various reasons and yet then they come back again the following January hoping for a different result. And the thing that’s missing for those guys is the lack of consistent application over the long term.

When they just consistently stick with it month after month like the 20% who do, they’re the ones who get the life changing result. And it’s very much the same with our coaching programmes. Those who stick with it month after month, yes, they’ll get the quick wins, but actually when they’re consistent long term with their knowledge acquisition, with their personal change and with implementation and we very much make sure you take action, then you get results.

Those who are most consistent with those are the ones we’re coaching who get the most impressive results on this programme and they get better results from those who are just looking for the quick wins.
