A Personal Trainer For Your Business

Studies in behavioural psychology show that external and group accountability are highly effective methods for boosting goal achievement.

Think of your Accountability Coach, Margarida, as a personal trainer for your business.

You will have a weekly 30-minute accountability session with her at the same time each week, with a maximum of 4 similar business owners from our coaching community.

Margarida will join your first group coaching session to arrange a convenient time for your sessions and explain our accountability process.

You will learn a huge amount on this programme. However, learning without action is wasted time. In each Content Session we set a homework task that you should set aside 1-2 hours to complete.

Homework should be sent in 2 days before your Implementation Session. This gives your Implementation Coach time to review your homework beforehand.

Monthly Drop In Clinic

When You Need Urgent Help

Building a successful and sustainable business takes years rather than months. We guide you through that journey via a structured coaching programme – but we also appreciate there are occasions when you face more urgent and unpredictable challenges too.

We offer our Client Drop in Clinic on the first Monday of each month at 4.30 -5.30pm, where you can receive live coaching on any business challenges you’re facing.

We also invite guest speakers to share expertise on frequently mentioned challenges. Previous guest speakers have covered things like government Covid assistance, R&D Tax Credits and SSAS Pensions.

Quarterly Planning Days

Setting & Reviewing Quarterly Goals In Person

These are held at the end of every quarter in Central London with all our coaching clients. These are for you to review your quarterly goals and performance. In addition, there are workshops during the day around a specific business theme: marketing, time, recruitment etc.

Also, during the workshops, you will have the opportunity to learn from expert speakers and network with other business owners.

The quarterly reviews provide a structured way to evaluate your progress and make adjustments for the next quarter. These events are a powerful way to stay focused, motivated, and on track for success.

In 2011 we thought about how to supercharge your learning, whilst making it fun, inspiring and social.

The BizX Conference is an opportunity to learn a huge amount in just 2 days from a lineup of world-famous business experts —and it’s the biggest networking and social event of the year for our community.

We recommend the majority of our clients complete our group coaching programme first before moving on to 121 coaching – this allows them to build the foundational knowledge and habits needed for consistent performance before investing in bespoke support.

However, we do offer one free of charge 90 minute 121 coaching session which you can claim at any point during this programme.

This gives you an opportunity to experience 121 coaching and can be used whenever you face an urgent challenge that needs dedicated and highly targeted support.

A Convenient Reference Point

We custom built our Client Portal software to support you during your programme. A few days before your first session we will email your username and password to access the Portal, along with a short video tutorial.

You will find your programme agenda, zoom links, programme materials, reading list and access to our guest speaker recordings.

You will also upload your homework to the Client Portal before each session.

When you start our programme, you will receive an invite to our Client WhatsApp group. This is a community for all our members whether new or 10 years into coaching; sole trader or multi-million pounds business owner.

FAQs

How do I submit my homework?

Once you have completed your homework you need to upload it to the Client Portal at least 2 days before your Implementation Session for your coach to review. Instructions will be available in the Client Portal tutorial video.

What happens if I have to miss a session?

We do not advocate missing sessions. It’s no surprise that we see a clear correlation between sessions attended, homework submitted and results achieved. However there may be times when missing a session is unavoidable. In that situation you will automatically receive a recording of the session you missed. Please remember that a recording is not a substitute for a live coaching session. Please watch the recording before your next session and complete any required homework.
