A question I’m often asked is what’s the difference between one-to-one coaching and group coaching? Hi, I’m Dan Crompton, I’m a coach with ActionCOACH and in this video I’m going to explain the unique benefits of one-to-one coaching versus group so that you can make a decision for yourself.
The first obvious benefit of one-to-one coaching over group is that you have the space for utter personalisation in your journey. Whereas group coaching has a structured series of workshops going through strategies in a particular order. One to one coaching can be absolutely tailored to what you need to be working on in any given particular week, but also that flexibility of exactly what is it that we need to work on, in what order and when.
Secondly, because one to one coaching is just you and your dedicated coach. There’s more space perhaps for confidentiality, there’s more space for you to be talking about some of the deeper issues that might be going on as well as the business skills that you’ll be learning.
The third benefit is really linked to that and it’s the depthness of the relationship that you build with your coach.
