Why Should I Do Group Coaching?
Transcription:
Group coaching is not for everyone. Most coaching and consulting companies offer one to one support as their main service. So why are we different?
Firstly, I personally delivered over 9000 hours of group and one to one sessions, so I’ve taken the strategies and the solutions to all those common issues and I’ve deliberately built them into our group programme so they cover a lot of practical education.
One to one, coaching is less structured and more free flowing, so it doesn’t cover the breadth of strategies as in our groups. Secondly, successful people hang around successful people, so our groups place you inside a community of owners consciously taking control of their results, supporting and helping each other and actively sharing best practice it’s really powerful.
An additional benefit of this community is the networking, which has resulted in many clients working together, partnering and referring each other. Also, several studies have shown the benefits of peer-to-peer learning within groups.
Many clients have fed back that they learn so much and avoid loads of mistakes by directly hearing from the experiences of others.
In our groups there’s also an added layer of accountability from the peers as well as coaches. It can be really motivating when you see others in the group taking action and moving forward.
Our group programme fees are £599 a month, which is lower than the investment in one to one coaching and more aligned with the budgets of a typical small business.
Our group programmes also include several valuable bonuses including your own accountability coach, monthly drop in clinics where you can be coached live on any questions or issues, and our client community WhatsApp Group.
One to one coaching fees are higher, but we genuinely believe that’s not the best entry point for most owners to quickly gain control of the fundamentals of profit and time, which is exactly what our group programme has been proven to do.
Our client results reported to us from Group Coaching include an average 34% annual growth in revenue. That’s across more than 350 businesses since 2007.
Several go on to one to one coaching a few years later. But they all started with group coaching and that has helped them deliver significant results for their business and in their lives too.
