I’ve become really good at that but at the beginning it was hard. Really hard.

I had to stand back and realise that actually I was resisting relinquishing control. Now I’ve given so much control that I don’t need to be there basically!

Yeah, it’s uncomfortable. But I think as long as you’re conscious that it needs to be done in order for you to grow, and your business to grow, then maybe it’s something that, you know, is discussed openly with the person you’re intending to promote or bring to the business.

But yeah, letting go of control — I still struggle with now, and I’m sure everyone in this room will or does already. It’s normal.
